Synopsis
MNCM Consulting aims to bridge the gap between Investors and Start-Ups. We are one of the first corporate venturing service providers in Turkey, aiming to assist in the practice of direct investment of corporate funds into external startup companies. Usually done by large companies who wish to invest in small but innovative startup firms in their core domains, this has been a widely-accepted practice in EU and US over the past years to keep up with the disruptive technological changes.
MNCM founding partner Kerem Topuz has more than 10 years’ experience in corporate combinations within technical ecosystems. Across different sectors & domains, he has been providing strategic, investment, development and governance leadership to executive committee and board levels. With a focus on tech start-ups, energy and natural resources, esp. power & gas markets and the mining industry, he has been involved in development and implementation of organizational, industrial, commercial, investment, and strategic options. He has accumulated extensive deal room experience including management of tax, financial, and advisory teams through a proven track record of originating investment opportunities, developing, negotiating, and executing corporate combinations, joint venture, project, and investment agreements on a multicultural basis (20+ different geographies).
